Working as an osteopath I become aware of the importance of a varied, healthy diet and training on a daily basis. Both for the physical and mental wellbeing.
Personally I'm interested in good quality food which is giving the body the nutritions it needs. Throughout my life I came across different types of physical activities such as horse riding, yoga, biking, skiing, soccer and more.
Do you want to improve your health, get a better lifestyle, better dietary habits or a stronger body? Together we will find a way how you can achieve your goals in the best possible way and at your own pace. I'm looking forward to help you on your way.
You can train together with me at Impulse Lerkendal. Beside making an individual customized training program I will also optimize your diet and give tips to get a better lifestyle if it is necessary and wished.
There's no need to be a member of Impulse for booking me as your PT. The sessions will last 25 or 50 minutes and it is also possible to train together with a friend or colleague. It's also possible to buy clips.
