Nutrition guidance online or in person

A healthy diet is one of the basic factors for a good health. At times it can be challenging to know how to get started with a diet change or how to loose weight in a healthy and effective way (fat-loss). Then it can be smart to reach out for some professional help.

 

I offer nutrition advice online or in person in my office. To make sure that you are on the right track we will work together for at least one month. The first session will take about 45-60 minutes. The follow up sessions will be shorter and take about 15-25 minutes, depending on how many questions you have or what kind of adjustments we need to make.

After a thorough evaluation of your present situation, mapping  of your goals and wishes in the first session, we will come up with a plan how you can move forward to reach your short- and longterm goals.

You will, among other things, get tips and tricks for smart food choices, learn how to put together an appropriate diet plan and how to make good diet choices in a hectic everyday life.

I can assist you with finding good recipes or show you how to find information about cooking and diet.

It is important for me that you're involved in the process so that you will be able to put together a healthy meal for every occasion.

Option1:


Option 1 includes the initial consultation and one follow up consultation per week. The consultations are either in person in my office or online/phone call.

Option 2:


Option 2 includes the initial consultation and one follow up consultation per month. The consultation are either in person in my office or online/phone call.

You are welcome to contact me inbetween the consultations if you have any questions.

I strongly recommend to have one consultation per week in the first 2 month. Then it might be enough with one consultation per month to check how things are going. s


 


 

What to expect?

Initial consultation


 

In the initial consultation we have a thorough conversation where we will talk about your goals and wishes, your current situation (that might include diet habits, weight, body measurements and lifestyle), former experience with diet changes, prefered food and more. After that we will come up with a plan that is indiviual customized.

​


 

Follow-up consultation


 

During the follow-up consultation we will talk about how the week or month was. You can ask questions if you're wondering about something. If neccesary we will adapt the diet plan and check the weight and body measurments if wished.

We will make plans about the next weeks/months goals/focus areas.

We will make an evaluation about how things are going at the end of a month and make a plan about the next moves.
